HHA Theme Challenge won't start?

So the criteria for the HHA Theme Challenge is:
Full house- check
All loans payed- check

But Lyle won't bring it up? Do I need to earn all the HHA rewards first?

I talked to him and could only get my house score thingy.
He's at my door now, so I guess that's what I had to do?

I think I did fairytale.
It was the easiest.
Just fill every room with the same set, and I think I had the sweets exterior, roof, mailbox, and fence. ^_^

Fairy Tale was the easiest for me as well. Lovely set, regal set, random extra furniture.
I also completed Antique. I have tried a few others but never got the top numbers.
Theme exteriors go a long way in points!

I'm at 710,000 points for the harmonious one, so close to getting the 900,000 and my coveted golden fence! It's the only golden part I really really want, though I've already build the roof too.

I liked it, I was so happy, and then one day I was ready for a change.
The roof and the fence are my favorite.
Too much burgundy accents! I want gold gold GOLD!!!!!!
