Become good friends with them.

The more relationship with them, the more probabilities they'll want to move.

You can become good friends by chatting to them daily and stuff, but hit them with a net, dig pitfalls and stuff. They'll ask to move out eventually, and when they ask u and u say like 'goodbye' they'll go. Then the people who want them can talk to them..
