Vic is a villager I have been trying to get to move out of my town for so long, and the first time i picked the wrong option and he said never mind, does any one know which option to pick when it says "Don't leave" or "OK, See ya!" To cranky villagers??

Just reset your game when they want to be better friends with you.
Simply go to the home menu, close the system and start it again. Encounter with the moving villager and RUN!!!
Don't worry, they'll move away if you run away from their pinging.

Also, the uchi's can get confusing. "Who are you" looks like its a staying option, but its not.
