Help?

So i found some villager sprites i would like to use in my signature.. but they aren't transparent..
how do i save the image, so when i use them they dont have red, green, or yellow backgrounds?

Can't you just remove them in whatever image editing program you use? :\

I know I'm probably coming off as a tad rude, but really it shouldn't be that hard to figure out

just remember to save as a .png or .gif (.png preferably, as it has better image quality)

this is very simple. just download paint.net and use the magic wand, it isn't that difficult.

its saving transparent for me (I'm just dragging and dropping to my desktop btw)

try reuploading? maybe that "background" is just something weird your computer does for transparency

I got my sprites there too and they didn't have backgrounds. Did you try saving them as png's?

yeah i tried saving them as pngs and also dragging and dropping to the desktop. but they still turn out with a green background. i downloaded paint.net so i will try that.

yeah it is really frustrating. but i got it transparent.. so now i just need to resize it and get it how i want.

Well not surprising that would come from you. A lot of your posts the past couple of days have been at the very least unhelpful and pointless. If you're not actually looking to help in any way then don't bother posting at all. We don't really need that kind of attitude here.
