Help with the void

So I'm new to the void and I kind of have a little understanding of it but still confused.

So I lost Deena and I really want her back. I have not connected with anyone or used streetpass so she's still in the void, as far as I know. She hasn't shown up on Main Street yet but previously moved out villagers have.

So am I supposed to move out more villagers until she shows up on Main Street? Then after she does, what do I do?

As well, if I clear my void, could I then adopt a different Deena from someone else?

I can hold her for you while you cycle for her back? Have you been to any other towns sinced she moved?

If she's still in your void, have someone visit your town (as long as they have space for a villager) and she'll wind up in their town.

To get her back, you have to cycle out 16 villagers.

And you can't move in another Deena into your town without doing the 16 cycle.

Deena will appear on your mainstreet after about 4 other villagers move out, and she will disappear from mainstreet after 16 villagers move out, so then you will know that you can invite her back to your town.

You just need to move out 16 other villager after Deena moved out, so keep track. Also, you can't clear your void.
