help with room ideas!

hi everyone, i've been stuck on the remaining rooms for my mayor.

some info: he's a weirdo who loves collecting oddities and working with plants, i.e. breeding flowers, propagating houseplants, growing herbs and veggies. ideally his home would be part workspace, part home-y.

main room: totally taken over by plants and flowers. think greenhouse. this room is done!

upstairs: workplace, with more plants, but a clear "this is where i dry herbs and mushrooms and prune my houseplants" feel. also done!

downstairs: currently a storeroom of sorts, with my mayor's collection of statues, bottles, and other strange things. i'd like it to be more organized, though, as it's kind of a mess. maybe you could suggest a better theme or some furniture?

back room: kitchen! that one is done and easy.

left room: bedroom... but i don't really like it. what might be a better idea? he doesn't need a bedroom.

right room: nothing. lol. go wild. i'd love to hear your ideas!

I like that you have thought about what to place in the rooms based on your mayor's interests and background. Seeing as he loves breeding flowers, perhaps you could add the insect furniture set into one of the rooms as flowers are especially associated with nature itself. I suggest you could place this in the left room rather than him having a bedroom, since you stated you didn't like it. Or you may choose to put this downstairs as part of a theme, it's entirely up to you. Maybe in the right room you could have a range of clothing on display such as; random shoes, hats, accessories etc to express his interest of collecting random pieces. He could also have a room full of collections of different stereos, TVs, dressers, villager pics and chairs.

I hope these silly few ideas put something to mind

i think you should add the sloppy set or a little portion of it in the basement. not sure if you'd find it even messier but i think it suits it well like it's a forgotton/neglected room since your mayor collects weird things. and a bit of homey furniture can give your room more order imo

personally, i like realistic houses so i think the undecided room should be a bathroom. i don't know what your preference is but i'd make it look like a regular bathroom than a fancy one. add lots of plants! since you think you don't need a bedroom though i don't think it would be for you... maybe you could could have just a hangout room with lots of food and a furniture set? you
could also add a few instruments, marshmellow chairs, some items for entertainment like a Wii U and more plants? haha i'm not sure

The right or left room should be his living space. Consisting of the Sloppy Series and some items such as: overflowing trash, ramen cup, whole pizza, trash bags, some indoor plants, garden tools, barrel planter, and green house box

Your mayor sounds like someone who isn't super organized so thats why I put the sloppy series down and some of the easy make foods like ramen and pizza.

For the remaining room I was thinking a science lab with filing cabinets and a moss ball and some other smaller plants that your mayor can do "testing" on
