Go to the top of the page and hit Settings. Then go to the tab on the left of the page that says "Edit Signature" and you can put the list in there.

You can add this to your signature. Settings (at the top) --> Edit Signature.

If you're looking for a picture signature with your town name, Mayor name, villagers, FC/DA etc. like many members here have, there are many talented signature artists in The Museum (some are in the TBT Marketplace & Re-Tail as well).
