Help with Planning Where to Put Cafe/Need Help

Hello!

Recently, for my town, I was able to build the Cafe. Usually when I make my PWPs, I plan out where it is and use designs to plan out how big it will be. The Cafe has been a challenge, though.

On a website, they say that the Cafe is 5x5 (including the door), and I put that out using the designs. But, when I built it (I went back to my latest save which was before I placed it down), it wasn't as big as they said, and it didn't cover the entire part of the design placements. It seemed to be 4x5.

Can someone please help?

I believe the cafe is 4x5 in terms of the little roped-off area that Isabelle creates when you place it - I would guess that the 5x5 measurement is a reference to the invisible extra space in front of the cafe door that won't be triggered until the building itself appears. Like any other building, the cafe can't have a path square or anything else right outside the door, so it will take an annoying bite out of your paths if you're not careful.
