Help with ordering Sanrio on Game website

Have anyone that placed their order in November got their order or notice of shipment? I have placed my order on November 29 and its current status is still unshipped. Does this mean that they have my order pack and ready for the shipping or they don't have the item on their hand? I have recently saw many people who have few problems with getting their cards. I am afraid I might be one of them.

I ordered mine on November 14th. The last email I got from them that it was shipped on November 29th. Mine should hopefully arrive this week. But in your case, they probably are still processing your order and take into consideration that they might have sold out again and it'll take a few days before yours will change to a shipped status.
 
I ordered mine on November 15 and got an email saying it's getting packed. That's the last email I got too. No shipping confirmation yet.
 
I have contacted them before because I accidentally created another order due to connection issue. So I wanted to combine them together since I didn't know I could cancel it. They didn't allow me to combine them together since they said it got packed:( but it was 2 days ago. Does it take them a while to ship something? I have few issue with logging into my account as well so I don't know if there is something wrong with the website.

Some girl named Hannah from Game told me they're out of stock right now and no nothing about when they'll have cards. I'll personally never mess with ordering from Game again.

Aw:( that is so sad. It is strange that they still allow people to place new order. Have your order got cancelled by them as well?

It got cancelled the first time when I preordered. That's when I emailed them asking about what I could do or what info they could provide. I didn't get much back. I did order again but, like many, I just got order confirmation. That was a week ago. Now I really don't even care because I always cared more about the Welcome Amiibo series anyway. Still frustrating though.

Yeah it would be impossible if someone just ordered one to get one randomly. I just mean since I got a packing email. They must have had the item in stock in order for them to pack it for me.

When did you receive this email after placing your order? It would be funny if it took them a week to find out that they didn't have the item.

:o No way, what took they so long >.< I think my order might facing the same fate as yours :( I was hoping to get the card with English name so I know which card is which :( but I think I should reconsider the Japanese version. It is a bit more expensive but reliable >.<
 
This thread isn't the first I've seen about complaints on GAME tbh. At first I thought it was just a delay issue but it sounds like there were too many pre-orders for limited stock which resulted to many cancelled orders like AndyP08 got. Because you all are international, I imagine UK orders have priority and would have better luck.

When I checked their website, I couldn't find a reviews section which strikes me as very odd. I did a google search and found this site with less than stellar reviews.

I recommend you all chat online with a representative about the status of your order. Keep in mind Black Friday just happened and holiday orders usually take much longer and goes especially double with international. I order from Japan every so often and it can sometimes take 2-4 weeks to get to me. In my experience, most UK/European orders take about a week and a half to 2 weeks to arrive, sometimes longer. I've had some orders stuck in US Customs which usually causes delay, so it's always recommended to get tracking. :)

I hope it works out for all of you! Keep track of your orders & keep contacting them for responses. I'm kind of glad I didn't order from this site after all.

I ordered mine on Nov 20th and I got an e-mail saying they shipped. Be patient and wait a little longer, if anything e-mail them! :)
 
In the last e-mail I got, they said the order was being packed. On the 29th. I hope to get a shipping e-mail sometime next week.

I'm used with slow shipping since I'm from Brazil, so nothing particularly new for me there. Considering it's the holiday season, I'll probably only receive them in January. Bleh.
 
I ordered mine on 11/16 and had to online chat to find out where it is. The rep said it had been shipped "that day" (Friday the 2nd). I had gotten an email saying my order was "being packed" but not a shipping confirmation.

Since I paid with PayPal, I'm just going to make a claim to get my money back if I don't receive the cards.
