I need help. Evan, the problem child, decided it would be fun to restrict everything he could and put a password on it on my ipod. So no safari, no app store, nothing. He just punched in a bunch of numbers really fast, Lord knows how he managed to do the same numbers in succession, and now he doesn't remember them. So my question is, how do I undo it? I keep trying to figure it out, but that's useless. I tried restoring it; that didn't work, because as soon as I used the back-up, it was locked again. So my question is, what do I do? The search engines have yielded no answer... >:O

Are you able to call the Apple people?

Everyone's saying they plugged it in their computer and on iTunes somewhere it tells your password.

1. secure ipod
2. secure hammer
3. make powerful contact to ipod with hammer. repeat until shattered into many pieces

So I looked up "troublemaker" in the dictionary, and there was Evan, giving me the finger. XD

But sorry man, I've no idea! Like Lisa said, I'd suggest giving Apple a call, or checking the help section of their website. >A< I mean forgotten passwords seem like they'd be a common problem, it should be there.

Well, since that has nothing to do with the section of problems that apple allows emails for, you're going to have to do the following.

1. Get $30.
2. Call apple.
3. Give the money to Apple.
4. Wait a week.
5. Your problem should be fixed.

that's how apple deals with all of their problems.
