Help with missing Public Works projects?!

I went to my town hall today to add a public works project and there are only three items in there. Three versions of the town hall renovations, and that's it! Where did the rest go? I had at least 20 other items in there and they are suddenly missing. HELP! I tired restarting the game and the system and the results are the same.
I also have the ds card in still, and it has the lists of projects I can demolish. I don't know what to do????
The first picture is my options for public works. The second one is my options to demolish. As you can see, I have had tons of public works before. Where did they all go?

There is a limit of 30 pwp in your town at a time. You have to destroy something if you want to place another PWP.

You might have built too many PWPs in your town already. I believe there's a maximum of 30(?). If you demolish some of them, they should show up on the list again.

OMYGOSH! I think that was it. I counted them and there were 30! I am deleting one. Thanks so much for your help!!! <3
