I've had T.I.Y. open in my town for a few months now but I've never seen Gracie in the town plaza. I know she comes randomly during the weekdays but does she only come between certain times?

She can visit the plaza from 6am-midnight Monday-Saturday unless there is another event or special visitor. Honestly I've seen people say they've waited 6 months or more for her to appear, but she appeared twice within a week for me, shortly after building the police station PWP.

Gracie is a finnicky one. She randomly shows up, but her appearances start when you spend at least 70k at TIY. So when she starts showing up, you're close to, or even at, your bell quota.

Spend 70k in TIY and she should start showing up. She's a rare visitor though, if somebody else is visiting that will stop her from showing up.
It's a good idea to try and unlock Katrinas shop first if possible as that's one less special visitor showing up in the week.
Sometimes it really does just take an awfully long time unfortunately
if you're not against time travel I would recommend that, doing it slowly day to day and checking for her. I was very lucky and got her in my town 4 weeks running. A lot of people have trouble though

Also when you do get Gracie, if you're okay with time travel, you can always TT back and forth between the day she's there so you can get all 4 visits without waiting forever. That's what I did. And if you don't like TT, well, just ignore me.
