Help with Amiibo RV cards?

So I have some Amiibo RV cards (like the cards have the RV as well as the character on it). I recently got an NFC reader and rapped one of them after activating Wisp. However, all that happened was the character appeared in My house, gave me a gift, and disappeared. I checked the campsite, and her RV was nowhere! How do you summon the RV and not just the character?

Did you select "Give me something!"? To summon their RVs, you have to select the "Come and play!" option.

You have to select 'come and play' to bring them into the RV park. If you choose 'give me something' Wisp will give you a random item and then disappear.

Ah ok! I figured it might be that, so I quit without saving and tried it again selecting that option, which worked.
