help w/ designing my oc?

her mask says "salanghae" which means "i love you"

i need help with mostly her sweatshirt & hair, as well as shoes. i can't really decide on a design for her hair.. and her sweatshirt seems really plain, i want it to say something but idk what. her shoes are kind of odd, i don't know what kind of shoes to give her.

think of any small details and add them on. you can get rid of them later if you choose, but the more details, the better.

Not necessarily. Everyone loves intricate details, but the amount of detail appropriate depends on the context of the design.
If too many details are just piled on, that can make the design overwhelming/overdone
