Help! Nobody is Moving!

My town is full of Villagers (all 10 slots) and I really want to get some new ones without time traveling and risking losing someone like Molly or Dierdre. I want Kevin to move because he's super inconveniently placed, and I want Curly and Barold to leave because they look like garbage. Does anybody have any tips?

Befriend those villagers! Talk to them every day, do requests for them and they'll be out in no time

Just be patient. Eventually, someone will ping you to move. If it's someone you want to keep, than tell them to stay. You may have to wait a few days again for someone else to ping, but soon enough, it will be Kevin, Curly, or Barold.

Someone will ask to move out about every week or so if you aren't actively cycling. One thing I noticed is that villagers that you haven't talked to in ages will not ping you, so be careful about that. You'll know because they'll give a text like 'Oh, we haven't spoken in ages' or something along those lines. Like others have said, just talk to everyone normally every day, if your town is full someone will ask to move out or give you a heads up about another villager who's moving.

I have a villager that just doesn't want to move out! I've been trying to befriend with him, but everyone wants to move out except him! If I don't talk with my other villagers, and I just talk with this one, the other ones can still move out or not?

I time travel and you won't lose anyone as long as you talk to villagers and see if they mention anyone moving/look for pings.
