Help Me Transfer My Items!

Hey! I've restarted my town and I have 21 items (so a little more than a pocketful) that I'd like to transfer from my more developed town. I only have 1 3DS though, so I'd need some help with that! I'd really appreciate any help I could get with this! Since I'm not resetting or anything, it shouldn't take long at all.
