Help me plot my house!

So an idea just came to me for a potential town. I've chosen a map and now I need help plotting my house.
The map is above for reference. Where should I drop my plot?​

plot square above the little pond on the north half of the river, make whatever villager that is nearby move, and give your self an amazing front yard blocked off from everything else with bushes, and either put another bridge square below the pond or don't connect it at all and keep it your own private garden

everyone puts a fountain in front of their house D: I like to mix it up! I put my house in my second new town in front of a pond and I like it

i guess it would look good if you had a natural town but most ppl use pattern paths

That's a really nice map actually. Very spacious. Lots of room for activities. I would put it to the right of that little pond in the north half of town. Or all the way in the top right corner

You could place your house in the right upper corner where you have lots of space, or somewhere bottom center along the beach, so you can hear the waves in your house, and it?s not far away from retail too.

oh also if there's less than 6 spaces between the tip of the plaza and the top of the map then you should probably restart
