Help me pick a snooty?!

I've been snooty-less for a long time because as a personality type in general, I really don't like them.
But I've been thinking about rotating out some of my villagers because I've had everyone for a long time, so I think now might be the time to add one. I've managed to narrow it down to Friga, Gwen, and Soleil. All the penguins in general are my favorite. I currently have Cube and Hopper in my town, and I'm probably going to add in Roald and Sprinkle soon. Soleil seems really interesting though, and I have Rodney and I feel like she would compliment him well.
So I'd like your opinions! I'd really appreciate if when you comment you could elaborate on why you like/picked the villager(s) you did, or tell me why you think I should have them instead of just being like "pick so-and-so because I like so-and-so!" Or if you don't think I should bother with a snooty, tell me why! If you really strongly think I should consider a snooty that isn't on this list, that's fine too, but you have to argue your case instead of just telling me to pick them. I also dig Diana and Purrl but Diana seems really difficult to get and as much as I like Purrl's face, I just don't like cats that much.

Also, if you know of any dream towns that have Friga/Gwen/Soleil, let me know! I'd like to check them out and get a better feel for them in-game.

I actually think you can get a full town full of one type if you are getting villagers from other people's towns. But I wouldn't go for a town of 100% lazies, I would just have a lot of them because a lot of my favorite possible villagers are lazies ∏—∏

I like the look of squirrel villagers in general, but I actually had Blaire in the gamecube version of ac back in the day and she was a super jerk to me always, so I kind of have a thing against her XD

Try checking dream adresses, but there isnt a whole lot of towns with these 3, they arent ankha or whitney
