Help me pick a 10th Villager

ok, so I really want to knuckle down and try to finish my main town! I love 9/10 villagers... have things set up already, really just need PWPs, but I just want to have a nice 10 villagers that I can be friends with for a long time!

My current and loved villagers are:

Tangy- ultimate favorite
Zucker, Phoebe, Avery, Ankha, Merengue, Bianca, O'Hare, and Lyman is moving in tonight, whom I think I will love (fav color is green, name is different, koalas are cool)

but i literally have NO IDEA who to put in my tenth spot, once I move Roald (tragic TT incident destroyed his chances of full time membership)

I look at everything, balance of personalities (no more peppys), balance of species (probably no more cats), names (the bianca/ ankha thing is slowly killing me, but I love them both), coloration (i literally had 3 blue villagers and couldn't deal with it) so I'm kinda picky but please let me know suggestions of cool villagers you think will fit into my village!!!

I also do yards for every villager with their "own" PWPs, so extra ideas for their yard might sell them for me
(for instance Ankha's house will be surrounded by two pyramids and a sphinx nearby too all surrounded by pink azaleas)

the only reason i decided on another peppy already was because I started considering Tangy her own personality hahahaha

odds are it will be a second guy villager, unless a really cool girl villager pops up... of guys i think smug would be my favorite personality

Hmm... for smug guys, I personally like Curlos, Shep, Zell, or Kidd, which are all species you don't have yet. Shep and Zell may be too close in color to Avery for your taste, I dunno.

Also I'm having trouble thinking of yard themes, sorry! Good luck with your search though.

Someone purple or light blue... looking at the colors of all my villagers, guy villagers aren't usually purple though

okkk.... I compiled a list of Villagers who fit the bill... some have stigmas against them already though.... help me pick everyone!

Doc - the name bothers me, that its basically a rip-off of bugs bunny... if he had any other name he'd be fine... i can be ok with two rabbits too
Filbert
Frobert - stupid name
Graham
Hamlet - same birthday as me and I have a hamster that looks like him, only thing going for him though
Jacques - two smugs that wear hats though....
Jitters - those eyes...
Julian - had him in my last town, loved him, I may want him back now....
Keaton - was in same town as Julian, loved him, but I might not be ok with two eagles
Kidd
Lopez
Marshall - strictly for color, I don't know if I want to drop a zillion bells for him though
Phil - he scares me
Pierce - used to be a dreamy but faded a little for me
Poncho - hes was in my cycling town and thought he was adorable
Punchy
Ribbot - been eyeing him for a while
Rooney - kangaroo stereotypes though are speciest

Hmm.. Unless I am blind you missed Bob.. He is a beautiful purple lazy cat.. Not smug but still a cutie.
His backyard could be playground themed.

Also I vote Genji! I usually hate jocks but I adore him!
You could give him a zen backyard as well.

Go with Ribbot! He is a super fun villager to have! And he is the only villager with "bot" characteristics which makes him a stand out for sure c:

Out of these (after considering what you are looking for), I'd probably go with Jacques. His coloration is drastically different than the rest of your current villagers, you don't have a straight-up bird villager already (birds are awesome), and I like the whole "young DJ" idea you had going.

Hmm. I would be torn between Julian or Keaton. Ribbot is nifty, but one jock is plenty.

Not too familiar with Jacques, but looking at him, he actually gives off a lumberjack vibe to me, which would go well with the plot w/ cedar seedlings.

So yeah, go with Jacques.

Julian was my homeboy in Azalea and he could have a magical forest yard too...
