Help me choose a theme for my villagers! :)

Hello everyone,

So I recently made a new town and I FINALLY got a map which I like very much.
I have two themes for my villagers, but I can't really decide which one to pick.

And this is the part you come in!

So here are the options:
1. All deer/goat villagers
2. Villagers, whose house exterior is wooden. You know, cozy cabins.

I'd love the idea of cabins, but the bad thing is, that I might not like villagers themselves as much if they were deers/goats.
But I still can't make up my mind.

So please, tell me what you think!

I think the cabins sound really nice! This is just my own very subjective opinion, but I get bored in towns with all one or two types of villager. I always imagine that it would get really old to be the mayor of a town with so little variety, but I know a lot of people feel differently! I think that the cabins would feel more cohesive, though—more like an actual town theme. You could plant lots of pine trees, build a bonfire and some benches, etc. And I think you would have quite a few villagers to chose from, so you should be able to get one from each personality type for PWPs and dialogue variety.

I know right!

I actually never saw a town with only wooden houses before. That's why I think it would be very unique.
I'm sure I would get used to the villagers, and even starting to like them.
