Help Identifying Furniture

After seeing the picture below, I'd really like to decorate my house with similar furniture.

However, I don't actually know what most of the furniture is called. I would really appreciate it if anyone could identify the furniture items and give me the names. I'm also aware that some of them may be customised. Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure that the tables by the sofas and the one beside the sitting character are part of the Classic-series.

The table/mini table is classic series customized to look like clovers!
Also the sofa is a simple love seat customized to be green

And the floor is a Cabana. The wallpaper looks custom-made.

There is a berliner on the other table
A vintage phone behind the sofa.
