I really need help with these, so, my nintendo 3ds upper screen broke, that means that I cannot play ACNL anymore , which it?s not a big deal, since I?m paying for a replacement in a few months, and that?s the problem, in a few months all of the villagers I spent so much time on (And not to mention the amount of bells that I paid for them) will be gone :(
So, is there anyway to stop them completely from moving-away? Or will I have to get them all of them again?

Thanks for your time anyways! :)

Here's how to literally stop time from passing in your town.

1. Write down the date that you stopped playing. (the in game date)
2. After you get your 3DS screen fixed, timetravel back to the exact date you stopped playing. This time-travelling back only counts as 1 day, so no villagers will move out.
3. Tidy up your town. There will be some weeds and stuff randomly spawned around your town.

If you denied a move out request the day you stopped playing (ie, Sprinkle asked you to move on monday and you did not load the game on tuesday) no one will move out no matter how long of a break you take.
Or once you get your new 3ds TT backward to the day you last played, deny a move out (or TT forward 1 day at a time until someone pings to move then deny the request) save and quit and then TT back to the present all in one jump.

Thanks a lot! I really hope this works
It should work, it has always worked for me ^.^ Also do not load your mayor when you play your game in a few months (or however long). Make a new character and see who moved out, and check all houses to see if anyone is in boxes.

There's not really a need to create a new character, as when you travel back in time the "current" move-outs would still be in town, unless the last day you played was the 4th day after the villager was planning to move out.
In that case, you wouldn't be able to stop the move-out.

I usually make a new character. It might not always be needed but it is better to be safe then to be sorry.
