Help! How do I withdraw my bells??

I stored over 400tbt in my bank to gain interest and now I can't seem to find it I don't know how to take it out or if the currency still exists. Can someone teach me how to properly withdraw bells from your account? Thank you for your help

If you click on Shop and then ABD it should take you to your bank. Interest is no longer a function due to bell fraud. People were sending each other loads of bells to put in their banks and collect a lot of interest on, then they'd give the bells back to the person and keep the interest.
