Help for Dream Suite

These are the requirements for unlocking the dream suite:
-It's been at least 7 days since you've unlocked public works
-You've then completed at least one public works project
-You've connected to the Internet at least once
It looks like you have done all those besides waiting seven days since unlocking a public works project, and connecting to the internet once. Have you tried that? Try opening/ closing your gates or using streetpass! And if it?s hard for you to wait that seven days, you can time travel ahead to make it faster!
