Help for a home office

OK, AC Design Mavens, I'm asking for some suggestions here. My right side room is going to be a home office, with a cozy feel to it. Here's a picture of what I've put together, so far:



There's a seating area near the fireplace. Down in the right corner, is the editor's chair; the desk will go with it, if the NBs ever sell it or I get the right RV card. I plan to add some more greenery and a few odds and ends once the big stuff is placed, just to personalize it.

My conundrum is the bottom left corner. I'd like some sort of filing cabinet, but what I've been able to see online are rather big, bulky, and more suited to a corporate office than the space I'm trying to build. I was thinking of maybe using the classic bookshelf, remade in violet brown, but it isn't quite what I'm looking for (closest I've been able to think of, so far).

Does anyone know of something that might work better? I'd appreciate the suggestions.

The only other thing I could think of is maybe a customized alpine dresser or the safe from the bank, since that space is relatively small.

Oh, I hadn't thought of the alpine dresser. I might not tuck it in the corner, but you're right that I don't want it sticking out too far, either.
