I think the person who made the fake account should be banned on their real one too (Ip ban maybe), I don't know but I don't think any punishment towards the fake account will actually feel like punishment .___.

I agree. They hid behind a fake account, just to leave negative feedback for what reason? It was just "...." That doesn't mean anything and appears as though you simply do not like the person.
