help all PWPS I unlocked are gone

So paula requested me to build a log bench and so I decided I should . Well when I asked Isabella for the pwp list the log bench wasn't on there along with everything else I unlocked and even the starting pwps weren't on there all that was the reset center , and the 3 town hall remodel ideas. even though my town hall is already remodled. Does anyone know how I could see my pwps list again or get them back . Please and thank you. {I also would like ideas away from the concept of restarting all over .}

You reached the limit of 30 pwps you can have.....demolish some first
