Help a mermaid out?

I'm getting Benjamin the cutie dog from someone off FB. The problem is no one will ping to leave. At least the 3 undesirables. Would a cycler or someone who doesn't mind TTing or can make villagers move relatively quickly be willing to hold him for me as I try to make room?
