go get him to ping you and tell him to stay

if he doesnt ping (and it hast been over a week since you last talked to him) save and reload then go to him

also, my 3ds was broken for a week and I got it back yesterday, so i didnt talk to any of my villagers for a week

ok then go talk to camofrog first so he can go all HEY MAN I HAVENT SEEN U IN A WEEK HOWS IT HANGIN

then save and reload and just go to his house (he should be around there) to have him ping you and say he's moving so you can tell him no
