I haven't played ACNH for a looong time, so I decided to delete my old island and start a new one~
NH is the only AC game I've ever played. I actually bought Switch just so I could play it during the pandemic. I knew nothing about it, but everyone was playing it and it looked fun and relaxing :>

Anyway, my favourite villager is Roald<3 When I started playing for the first time, I restarted my island "a few" times because it wasn't perfect, but then RNG gods smiled upon me and gave me the perfect island, and more importantly, They also gave me Roald. And I fell in love with him immediately. He's such a cutie pie!! Jocks aren't really my favourites, but Roald is the exception. He's perfect<33

I opened my old island before deleting it, and I had no idea what I was going for and what my vision was lol. It's better to just start anew and have a fresh start. I named my new island Mirkwood. I'm bad at names, so I always pick some nice names from books/games :d my last island was Lettenhove. Hamlet and Hazel were my starter villagers, but they're both gone already. Hazel wanted to move, and I kicked Hamlet out when I invited Roald with his amiibo :>

All my funny photoshoots with him I think. I like taking pictures of my villagers, and Roald is a perfect subject

I have Roald on my island right now as well, and he really is a cutie and a lot of fun to have around! he's definitely one of my favourite jocks hehe. I hope your new island is going well so far! what are you working on currently in-game? do you have any theme(s) in mind for how you want to decorate your island?

As a Tolkien fan, I think Mirkwood is a fantastic name! Lettenhove was also nice!
