Held tools reset going in and out of buildings

so, both my hubby and i did the tour, yep same issue after doing it. yep, the restart(already had the update) fixed it. nice to know it was a simple fix at least. scorpions would get me for sure if i din't notice not holding the net lol.

just gave this a try and i was still holding my net when i exited rs so maybe it’s just a random glitch/bug?

I noticed it yesterday with the Star net but it wasn’t happening consistently with all my tools.

Huh we had a similar bug with fruits not carrying when we left our house, and also after the tour so I wonder if those are related? A reset did fix the bug.
