You can buy it in the store. BUT I see you have already bought it.

If you click the Shop again and go to your inventory from there, you can apply the color

{EDIT} In the left bar, there will be an Actions category. Go down and there will be a section for Inventory. Hope I helped!

Go to the Shop, buy a "User Title Color Change" then go to your Inventory and I think you just "configure" it from there.
