I missed the Earthday event and missed the Hedge Fence DIY.
Does someone know if I can get the hedge DIY in any other way?

i’ve seen some people say that if you buy a certain amount of stuff from leif, he’ll eventually give you the diy, but i’m not sure how true that is ;;

edit: I can't find it, must have sold it already, sorry!!
but villagers do still give it (I've gotten it twice from a normal villager already after the event)

Leif gives it to you outside of the may day "event".

i know that you talk to nook during the nature day event and then u have to complete one of the nook miles achievment. i forget the name but i believe u had to plant a certain number of bushes. then talk to nook again for the diy. did u do that achievement? if not maybe u can do it now and still get the diy?

Yes Leif will give it to you, just buy from Leif everytime he visits then the next time he does, he'll give you the DIY (if he doesn't, just continue to buy from him and he'll give it to you eventually), that's how I got mine even tho I missed Nature day as well...
