So, uh, yeah. I've been really stressed out lately because my town is just... Not how I want it. What makes it worse it that I don't even know how I want it. I get compliments when people walk through my town or whatever, but it just looks plain to me. I go to a bunch of dream towns and am just like, "How?". Alright, so let me explain. Oh, I should also note that my town has a fairytale/pastel theme to it.
-First off, I have a room (First floor, back room) in my Mayor's house that is empty. The house isn't themed, it just has different cute sets and shtuffff. Pink roccoco set, princess set, mermaid set, a customized set (I forgot but it's my favorite), and a sweets set with birthday items. I have absolutely no idea what to do with that room. It needs to be pink or pastel colored or something, but I'm having a hard time with it...
-I also have another fully expanded house that is currently a not-quite-half-done hotel, but I changed my mind. I'm not gonna demolish it because that'd be 10 mil+ down the drain, but I don't think it's all that great and it doesn't fit my town theme really. So, here I have a creepily empty mansion just chillin' by the train station. How lovely.
-Now about my town itself. I have so. many. landscaping. problems. I have no trees. Literally at all. My town has a lot of perfectly (sorta) arranged PWP's and my paths have been in their places for the past 2 years, but it's ... Okay, so I have hybrids, but only in little spots. My grass is showing EVERYWHERE, except in a few places. It's just so annoying how unhappy I am with my town. I don't know what to do or where to start with. I want to get the houses done first, but, you know the issue there.
I have all of my dream villagers, so now I can work accordingly with where their houses are (Smart, right?). I have a cute little park area near a cliff that has a fountain, carnations, a bench, flower arch, and hydrangeas around it (Only on the sides though, since the cliff blocks the right side). So yeah. I'm stuck.
There are literally so many empty spots in my town that I can't put anything there. I'm not able to add little picnic areas (Well, because I don't have the PWP.. Ugh), I can't have little rest areas, etc. it's so incredibly frustrating. Sorry for the long post, but I was hoping that I could get advice as to what I should do.

Was finally able to get the photos.
Here is my town layout. The numbers on here match up with the numbers on the photos. That's where the photos were taken.

This is my Mayor's house. I had difficulty adding it onto the layout map, so this is where the orange player icon is.

This is the used-to-be hotel.
-
These are trees to the left of that house. I most likely will chop them down.

This is the outside of the park. The holes in the ground are where bushes are supposed to be, but a villager planted their house there.
-
Inside the park.

I just put a windmill there to avoid villagers from moving there, and because it was just plain.
-
This is where I managed to fill in an empty space in my town. I made 3 villagers have their houses right by eachother to make a row.
