Hi, I think with Phoebe it will be best to wait until Friday or the weekend my time (thursday, friday and saturday your time). When I'm able to play because of work and sleep, it's past 1am for you. On friday and the weekend I can play in the morning my time which is in the evening your time. If it's ok with you to wait until that time, I'll be happy to pay the extra TBT for holding a tier 2 villager
