you cant skip school until high school really. or atleast you shouldnt skip till high school.

I do all the time. My school is so ungaurded if I want to I can just walk out the main door.

I am in high school, and they make it difficult to skip a class. The teachers always take attendance and if you are marked absent for a class the office calls your house to say that you were absent in a class ... so your parents would find out.

Also, I have terrible luck and would probably get caught haha it has happened to my friend before. I had free for the lunch period (a hour and 1/2) and i was with her outside of the spanish listening lab and she had spanish for the hour but was skipping and so her teacher walks out of the classroom and just sees her. haha it was funny.

I remember when I first tried cutting class. It was after lunch and my friends and I were talking about cutting and just going to 7-11 and get Slurpees. So I waited in the bathroom for my friend to show up and I was so scared that one of the VP's were going to catch me. This was in 9th grade by the way. After that, I cut class all the time during high school. =P

In high school there is sooooo mush crap you have to make up when you miss one little day. And some of my teachers don't let you make it up and just give you a zero on everything if your absent day was unexcused.

So I haven't ever skipped before =P
Thought about it though...

Now it is harder to skip school where I used to go. They have a cop there all the time. But when I was in school, it was very easy to skip school. I did it quite a few times. I remember this one time me and these couple girls snuck out of school to go meet Ozzy and the rest of Black Sabbath at the mall at a record signing. That was SWEET!

I used to skip school all the time, we would take a half day and go out for breakfast. We had to go pretty far away so the truant officer didn't find us (they checked the local diners for students). I grew up in a pretty rural area, so occasionally we would go hiking by the school and show up right before lunch so it didn't count for a full day absent. The only day you should never skip is Senior Skip Day. Teachers get really peeved about that.

I don't recommend it though.
