Today when we were driving home from our Thanksgiving party,this red car raced past us at 100 mph or something... Then a cop raced past us. At first I thought the officer was speeding too,but it was a car chase. ...

I haven't but this is one of the funniest videos I've seen.

I've been in one by accident. Wasn't a long one or even that significant. I've witnessed a couple as well back home around I-95, but they were pretty common. Last one I saw was because of a drive by in my old neighborhood. Cops blew out the tires on an escallade after barricading all the major intersections.
