Have you caught reset fever?

Twice both because I wasn't too happy with the layout and where I placed the Cafe, Campsite, etc.
I also TTed a lot which really ruined the gameplay experience.

Dude I am not going to reset my town lol. I play with my kid sister, plus all that time I put into my town... it's still developing. Plus, I just unlocked the Emporium! ^^

I got my game on the last week of June... resetted for 1 month straight, prob 4-5 hours a day resetting for the 'perfect' map. I have almost everything I want except the town fruit. I really really wanted apples but settled for cherries because everything else was perfect. But after resetting so much, i got burnt out and just only recently started playing again.

I'm tempted to take my sisters cartridge to make a second town to really get a perfect town but she'll prob kill me if i delete her town.

Yeah, I caught reset fever but managed to cure it by getting (eventually) a second copy. I can reset to my heart's content on that town.

I reset once because I had no idea when I first started playing that I could choose the town layout, and after two months got fed up enough with it to restart to the town I have now. I love my town as it is right now so I don't think I'll do it again, but I'm really considering picking up another copy of the game so I can try new things.

I haven't- I haven't had anything wrong with my town!
The only problem is my villagers have caught 'neverleaveitus':(

hells yeah, i reset my alt town like crazy :) but only because i try to get my dream villagers out of it

Used to, but ive been content with my town for 2 months though
Planning to gett a second copy at christmas, as im going to spend my money on pokemon and zelda and stuff soon :p

During my initial setup, I chose the third map presented, and that was only because I wanted to see what happened when you said "no". Other than that, I haven't reset even tho I dislike a few parts of my map. My beach, for instance, is broken into two halves, and it's a pain to have to run from one side of the map to the other. I've seen some towns which have a contiguous beach. I didn't like my river, either. But I wanted to embrace the "life simulation" aspect, and since I didn't get a choice when I was born IRL, I just rolled with what AC:NL threw at me.

I have a friend who spent the first week playing resetting. It was a bit annoying, since we tried to visit each other, and every time I went to her town, it was different. Different name, different map, different villagers.

I recently reset my old town after transferring stuff from there (also "rescued" Zell) to my current town, because I'm curious to see if I can find a town with even better layout than I have now. ;) So far I haven't been very lucky, all the good layouts are ruined by wrong type of grass or native fruit lol

I've never resetted before, neither in WW nor now in NL. I wasn't picky while choosing my town map, either and just decided for the first one that seemed to have good locations for villager houses and PWP's ^^ The only thing that bothers me about my current town map ist that I can only build one diagonal across the river. But hey, one is better than none :D And I think I will never reset, especially not now, that I've already spent about 300 hours in my town, built it up from the ground and also aqquired all of my dream villagers ^^

When I got the game, I didn't realise you could choose from a selection of maps, so I stuck with the first one that I saw. I also just did a random face - luckily I ended up liking it - and I liked some of my starting villagers, so I kept it. Eventually, I started hating my layout, and was very tempted to reset, but I stuck with it because I'd unlocked so much and done a lot, and now I'm glad I stuck with it because I'm working with what I have in my town and trying to make it the best I can. If I ever got really tempted to reset, I'd rather get another copy of the game and make a new town, instead of resetting this one!

Funny story is I got the exact map I was hoping for when I first started up the game, but a villager's house was right in the spot I wanted to build my house. So I kept resetting for the next two days and eventually got a map that's as close to my dream map as possible. The river starts further north instead of near the middle, but after some re-planning, it actually works out perfectly. I love my current town and have no desire to reset again.

When I got the game I started just to see what would happen but never saved. I don't remember anything about it. Then I properly started the day after, chose a random map, then got nice eyes so I thought "oh well." I also had Kid Cat.

I have never resetted, even for my town map, first villagers and all c:

I only reset once for my town map just to see what it'd be like.

Other than that, I stuck with my town. I love it. I know my map reset was an awesome choice. Everything about my town is perfect for me.
