Have I found a winning town layout?

I might have found a winner. My town has triangle grass and orange trees. It has a layout I wanted, only 2 ponds, and the plaza is in the center of town with Town Hall next to it. It also seems big enough to build my dream town in. The thing is, do I keep it? Here's a picture I made representing how my town looks.



I don't want to think about resetting this town a few months in. I can always get a better town, but this is good enough. I'm only keeping it if you guy think that it is large enough for me to build in and make a great town. Also, suggest which one of the four areas I posted where I should put my house. I will use the other ones for second characters, most likely.

The villagers aren't the greatest, but they're decent. And I can easily change them. But I'll have to deal with Croque the jerk! AS IF I'm talking to him! XD

I have a map like this, except with a deeper "U" river. Just letting you know now, those strips of land at the top aren't big enough for a player house. I tried. :c

I wouldn't keep it personally. The two ponds would kill me, and I prefer the town plaza away from the town hall

I like how it has a kind-of centered town tree and a private beach, but there's two ponds, and close to each other too.

Do you guys think it's large enough to build an excellent town? And the two ponds aren't that big of a deal and they're right next to the mountain as well.

ditch it all the building's outside of mainstreet are on the bottom and I like mine at the top

They take up a lot of room that could otherwise be used to place PWP, park, or villager home. Of course, this can be mitigated with proper landscaping. I had no idea about the whole map reset thing when I first started ACNL, but I luckily only have one pond.

I thought the maximum amount of ponds was 3. And ponds are ugly IMO.

Pff. I have three ponds but I love all of them. I have designed my town so that the ponds fit perfectly and would not give "away" any of them if I had the chance. <3
