Aww. xD Hope they don't mind. Someone from one of my threads also said this, might be of use to someone.
I don't have any of those bags TC.. just wanted to add on to this conversation. I did get Leif after 50+ weeds had accumulated in my town as a result of two months of not picking weeds. I'm fairly certain that Leif handed me a hybrid flower bag (I believe it was for orange pansies) after I plucked about 45+ of those weeds (i.e. I was missing a few) as some sort of a consolation prize. But, I wanted to get the Weeding Day set items so I picked all the weeds and then he gave me the furniture (a Cosmo Fan).
I could be wrong but feel free to test this out.

Are the roses in seed bags? Those are the only hybrids I'm looking for right now.

their are not in seed bags, didn't think hybrids came in seed bags. I would of bought so many purple roses if possible

They can, they're just really hard to get in gameplay. x]
Hybrid bags are harder to come by than the regular flowers, that's basically the only difference. I'm a loser collector, so that's why I'm after them, honestly. xD Yeeeaaah, those took me a while to get. x]

I'm thinking around 3 bags for a set, depending on the set in question. And for DLC, I'm thinking a 1:1 ratio would be fair.

Well I have 3 black tulip bags from a while back...I'm thinking around 3 bags for a set, depending on the set in question. And for DLC, I'm thinking a 1:1 ratio would be fair.
And I'm currently looking for a Fish Set.
EDIT: I don't mind getting more bags after I tt, since my town is under construction anyway. ^^
