Sure. I got Gamefaqs covered, but ACC might be a good place too. Or any other place that I don't really frequent. xD If it isn't against the rules, of course. I have no idea what ACC's policy is on posting links to other sites.

Lol, don't be scared. It's just sort of confusing because it looks like you'll have all those items and I won't be able to trade with the people on ACC unless they look at my thread here where my FC is displayed.It's will be like advertising! I'm scared. :O So I'll just copy and paste on ACC.

You can get hybrid bags on Weeding Day, it is just veeeerrry rare that Leif gives it to you. I've heard many accounts to get it differently, so the two main ones I know about are:
1. Doing the Weeding Day event as usual, pull weeds and hope it'll get you the hybrid bags.
2. Have your town completely free of weeds the day before Weeding Day, make sure you have access to PWPs and receive all the tropiaries. Leif will give you a hybrid bag instead.
I don't know which method works or works better. I wish I could TT to find out for myself, but I can't. xD
As of now, I am not entirely sure of what method will get you the hybrid bags. This is what I have collected from the people who have gotten the bags, though:
