Have a question about time traveling

So last week the nook boys were buying turnips for 527 (which is the highest I've ever seen)

My question is. If I TT to that day and then travel to someones island that has Daisy Mae will my turnips be spoiled when I get back to my island?

I’m not sure about the turnips spoiling, however I’m pretty sure when you time travel back to that day on your island, the price will not be the same as it was before. I believe time traveling backwards changes the turnip prices.

Yah, I don't believe the turnip prices stay the same if you TT, but I'm not 100% sure. If you TT backwards at all, too, they'll spoil, though if you did it before buying the turnips it'd be fine... but, again, I don't think prices stay the same.

However, if on the day you had a price of 527 your friend time traveled on their own island to a day with daisy Mae and bought turnips, they could come to your island to sell (not time traveling with the turnips). So you could game things that way.
