Has your dreamies list changed w/ the addition of the new Sanrio characters?

I'm assuming that the majority of us have a dreamies list, and a lot of us already acquired the villagers they wanted.

But now with the addition of the new Sanrio villagers, has your dreamie list changed?

I'm kind of conflicted.
I want Marty on my island, but I have Stitches who's also a lazy cub.
Chelsea is cute, but I already have Diana who I think is cuter.

Chai is also cute, the best elephant in the game imo, mostly because I love cinnamoroll
I will probably bring her to replace Judy. IDK,

Etoile is also cute

Are you as conflicted as I am?

i'm not bothered about personalities or animal types at this point lol

however my dreamies have changed so much, i'm gonna get chai, etoile, chelsea, rilla and maybe toby but choosing who to move is a big issue

i literally only just changed my villagers but now i want to get rid of half of them
i'm definately swapping out pinky, walt and chester but idk who else
maybe maple, katt or raymond? it's such a difficult choice...

Etoile is added to my long list of Villagers I want to meet that have a good chance of being a favorite. I still think Willow may beat her but we will see. The Only Sheep I have had are Dom which I love btw and Curlos which I hate because he would purposely walk infront of me and block my path completely for long periods of time all the time.
Marty is my favorite bear cub easily. Sorry Maple but you are second now but isn't a bad spot!
Pale yellow bears are great, just like tan bears like Maple.

Not really. If I’m able to get the cards I’ll just move them in one at a time to get the items and their pictures and then let them leave when they ask. The only one I’d consider moving in permanently would probably be Chai.

Etoile is lovely and I wouldn't mind having her, but I'm pretty attached to my villagers and don't know who I'd kick out.

Absolutely! I've been feeling that my island is kind of getting stale, that even after I got everyone I was interested in that it wasn't quite right in the end. I'm definitely adding Étoile and Chai into the mix if I get my hands on the cards. I'm thinking of booting Bluebear and Apple since I have their amiibos and could always bring them back. I suppose that doesn't really change my dreamy list in the end, but rather just makes it a lot longer. I'm undecided about island #2, none of the characters match that aesthetic as much, save maybe Marty's exterior but I wouldn't say he's a dreamy. I'm still sort of in the deciding process on that one!

I do not yet know who my permanent villagers will someday be, I have realized I am still figuring out who my actual favorites are. I would like to have permanent villagers someday, who are all favorites, even though I think I will always end up with more than 10 favorites.

none of the villagers in the trailer really caught my attention particularly but I would like to at least maybe try them out, to see if my opinion might change. Marty is quite cute, so maybe he would be a fun one to try out?

My villagers have not changed. I won’t be adding any of the Sanrio. I don’t personally like any of the Sanrio characters.

There are a few of their items that I might try to get though (the kerokerokeroppi doll and cake, tranquil bridge, stone lantern, cinnamoroll tray ).

I don't care about the sanrio villagers either. I just want to get their furniture. I don't even know what sanrio is, the only one I recognize is Hello Kitty and I was never into her stuff.

I think I want to kick out Raymond for Toby. The problem with that is it was such a pain to find Raymond, and to be honest, I kind of like him. I might just kick out Renee once I get her picture and not have a sisterly.

I’m not even sure what series or show or something the characters are based on. I just like Toby’s overall design.

No changes to Muir Wood -- none of them really fit the island aesthetic, I think.

For Inverness, I am definitely considering adding Etoile, although I only had maybe 8 permanent villagers picked out anyway, so nobody's getting booted so much as I'm just throwing down a ninth plot when I get my hands on the cards.

If you do end up buying the amiibo cards then you could always add one of them to your island at any time with great ease. So if you are hesitant to let anyone move, then spend more time with your current villagers before changing things up (if you want to at all).

I don't think I'll be buying the amiibo cards because I am cheap (poor) So unless the villagers will be adoptable from other players then I don't think I'll be trying any of them out. I do really love Chai though

Not at all. Even though having either Etoile or Marty come live the island life on my island would be really nice, I'm also not going to go out of my way to take down an area of my island and redesign it from scratch just to fit them in. I like everything as it is and only do small touches here and there according to the seasons, what looks most natural and not like clutter, and I'm honestly too attached to my little guys to let any one of them go at this point~ I'm content enough just knowing I can collect the Sanrio items once they become available, especially KEROPPI

Not at all, I’m just here for the furniture items. If I manage to get the cards, I’ll move in the villagers temporarily to obtain their framed photos.

I never truly had a dreamies list, especially since I never got what I really want like Pate.
The fact they are releasing these later instead of at launch is a bit disappointing because I'm not going to be willing to move out my current villagers and I can only afford 1 island.
If they do release the rest of the Amiibo villagers, I would probably move in Wolf Link. But there is no room for anyone else since I like my current villagers.

However, I do really want the items.
