Has this happened to anyone else?

So, there you are having a wonderful day in your town....got the extra money bag from the rock, 3 new blue roses popped up, found all fossils in record time....and then it happens...you drop your 3DS and the game pops out! Please tell me I am not the only one this has happened to.

ouch im sorry 2 hear that I haven't dropped my 3DS thank goodness,But I bought a PsVita on day one and a few weeks of owning it I dropped it outside on the pavement,amazingly the screen didn't even get a scratch and it is still working

Kinda sorta. I can't get blue roses to grow. However, my games now have duct tape over the cartridge. They do pop out too easily.

Not like that but the cartridge does pop out all the time when my 3ds is in my backpack! I don't usually have the game going then though, its just there for Streetpass

I've dropped it so many times that the paint is chipping off. But I've never had the cartridge pop out before.

Wow really? My game cartridge has never popped out on its own. Though I hardly ever drop my 3DS... but I do carry it around in my bag when I go out.

It really is...it was the first time for me...and it was really sad.

I have had my cartridge pop out a few times. Some from dropping and some from grabbing the 3Ds and popping out the cartridge. Everytime I start feel sick to my stomach. Hoping and praying that my town will still be there when I turn it on I would be devastated if I lost my town ;(

It has not been dropped. It will not be dropped. It's too pretty to be dropped. And whenever it leaves the house, it lives in a case.

That said, I've accidentally popped the card while picking it up. The card slot is in just the right place where my middle finger sits over it when I grab it, and if I squeeze too hard, pop.

Yep, I've done that once. I was picking it up off the cradle and my finger was in the right spot to pop the cartridge. Fortunately, I was just on the title screen and it didn't matter.

I've dropped my 3ds before and the card popped out while I was playing ACNL. I cried not because of what I had lost but because I had never wanted Resseti to ever show his face. I have so many bad memories of Resseti in WW, I never wanted to see him again. I will never build the Resseti Center.

Luckily mine is a digital copy. My Fire Emblem cartridge pops out every time I've pulled it out of my purse.

I've never dropped my 3DS XL. I play while sitting down, so the likelihood of it happening to me is low.
