Well....relating to the actual topic. Yes, I have noticed that, I love when a thunderstorm is going on. It's weird, but I always feel like my town IS darker than others, everyone else's seems "Brighter" and mine is so dull.

Yes! I feel exactly the same way! Even at night or in the same weather conditions, the other person's town is always brighter. Ah well. I don't mind it too much, as long as I can still see my way around

And I didn't know that thing about the pinwheel! I'll have to try it out. I wonder if the tweeter scares them away as well... only one way to find out
