I haven't maxed it yet even on my main character's house Think it's still around 700+ over 1600 now. It's probably one of the perks of having multiple characters. Not to mention, I mostly put stuff and reorder them from my daughter's island.

I maxed mine out a few months ago. Made two other accounts that I place other stuff I don’t use in but still have a maxed out storage. To be honest most of my stuff aren’t even furniture - they’re clothes mostly. A lot are dupes. ;;

Mine is a few items shy of being maxed out! I'm going to have to sell some stuff I don't want to make room for new items. Or consider getting a second house!

I'm trying to keep my storage between 1100-1200 right now. The bulk of what I have is clothing. I'm still buying all the variations, but I'm going through and getting rid of items I know I won't wear, either because of the style or color. I still want to catalog it all, but I don't need to keep it.
I'll probably forget that decision once the fall/winter items come out, since I love that clothing!

Yep. I have a clothing addiction. I’m currently struggling to clear space in my storage to support my habit. The beach in front of my house is filled with dropped items

Mine is constantly maxed, I kind of wanna make a second character but at the same time I don't wanna sink bells into it all over again!! Not a fan of having multiple characters, unless they give more design slots ;] I am constantly trying to sift through and get rid of things, but I'm at a point where I can't get rid of anything lololol
God yes- multiple times. I have to store some of my stuff in side character's storage to try and keep it from overflowing, which is a hassle. And I've done this DESPITE not being able to store DIY recipes in there (which I still find ridiculous).
At the very least, if they ever do let us store DIY recipes (and they should) I REALLY hope they'll bump up the storage limit, too.

I'm one loan payment until no more loans! So almost maxed out! I've never actually had my storage full (except for when it was early in game and I had only one upgrade) so I don't really need too much storage...but it would be nice if you got like, 2000, 3000 storage slots.
I couldn't play the game without at least a couple side characters! I need more houses to decorate as well as storage
Also, I'm at the point where I LIKE paying off another mortgage 'cause it gives me something to save for... otherwise I have nothing to spend my bells on. I recently decided to recreate two side characters and, when I was debating whether or not to, "having to pay off more loans" was considered a PLUS for me, as to whether or not to recreate them.So. That's where I'm at

Haven't maxed but I've been close. I keep wanting to horde seasonal/event items (like the Fishing/Bug tourney and Bunny day) even if it's bad and I don't need more than 1 of each item. I use my sister's character for extra storage if I have to.

Maxed mine out ages ago, with JUST clothes. I keep having to decide on which ones to get rid of even if I don't want to get rid of any, even the ugly ones

It's super tempting just for the storage, but I also would be kinda lazy to log into that one just to open storage looool :[I couldn't play the game without at least a couple side characters! I need more houses to decorate as well as storage
