Has anyone made any new favorite villagers?

Sherb. I wasn't impressed when I saw his renders, but seeing him in game hit all the right buttons! He is so adorable! There is just something about him that makes me want to protect the best blue boi!
I also find it interesting that my favorite two villagers right now are goats while I consider myself a cat person. Never would have seen that coming.

gala <3 she was never a favorite or even on a dreamie list but i did always think she was cute. however after finding her on a mystery island i asked her to move in and since then she's become my favorite villager on my island ;~; i love her so much

I never thought I’d like him much, but I found him on a Nook Miles island and invited him in so I could sell him on the forums.
But WOW I am so in love with him now. His face is so derpy and he looks so concerned and confused all the time bc of his eyebrows. I wasn’t sure if I liked the new sheep design. But now I love it. He looks like he’s about to explode out of his tiny shirt because he’s so dang fluffy.

I got Twiggy as my mandatory Peppy villager and I love her!! I saw her design and didn't think I'd like her at all but honestly I've grown to love her and her design and her angry eyebrows.
I'm going to let her go when she prompts me to move, but I tolerate her more than I thought I would!

probably audie for me! i wasn't planning on keeping her whatsoever and now i just wouldn't get rid of her. i accidentally told her to move out the other day and made my friend move her to their island for me and give her back to me! it was definitely a fright haha

I got Drago as my lazy villager and was quite disappointed since Zucker had cemented himself as my favourite lazy villager after a random move-in in my NL town. However, after chatting with Drago, I find him so incredibly endearing and to me he suits the lazy dialogue in NH so much more and thus has became one of the villagers that will never leave my island :^)

Stitches, believe it or not. I used to be scared of villagers with no eyes since I’ve had Julian before and we never really bonded. I attributed it to his non-existent eyes so I was never quite interested in Stitches even if he was super popular. I got him in NH through the campsite and decided to give him a chance. Now, he’s winning me over. I’m starting to see his appeal. He’s so cute.

boris, he moved into a plot I had saved for punchy and I was so angry, when I looked him up I was even more angry.... then he moved in, his design grew on me quickly and now he's sticking as the island grandpa

I'm growing to like Boone. He was one of my starters along with Sylvia. Not a fan of the female kangaroos so I kicked her out with an amiibo. Boone I'm conflicted not sure if I'll keep him or not. For now if he asked to move away I think I'd say no until the villagers I definitely don't want to keep are gone then I'll think about him leaving...
rex and tybalt! tybalt was one of my starting villagers and rex was the first one i found on an island, and i hadn't heard of them before starting the game. tybalt is my bff and has taught me most of the reactions i have. rex is so funny and sweet and has become my favorite lazy villager!

I really like Chevre! I saw her on an island when I was "island hopping" (I only went on one island) and she was rlly cute so I deicded to invite her over! And her house is extremely bougee as heck. I'm really surprised at how unpopular she is.

None really, I have set all my dream villagers to move in my island. And as for Raymond, I thought I'd give him a try so I added him on my dream villager list. He appeared as a forced camper you had to move in, and I don't regret it.

I got Fauna off an island in hopes of trading her off...but I'm slowly falling in love with her. Tucker too, he was originally going to just fill space but now he's staying forever!
same thing for me with dom! he was one of my original 2 and at first i was annoyed because i didn't think he was cute. but now i love him and won't ever let him go!

I got Tucker as my first lazy, I found him on an island and wasn't going to invite him. I looked him up and it said he's the only elephant with actual tusks, and he resembles a wooly mammoth. Made me go "aw." My lazy villagers in the past have always been like, small and cute, like Filbert and Pudge, so it seemed weird having this huge mammoth in that role. But I like him. And his little caveman persona really ties well with his bug-loving and hungry demeanor.
