Has anyone kept their original 5 starters for quite a while??

I have two starters left, Beau and Truffles. Truffles definitely has to go and I'm thinking about letting Beau go, too. I think I got Ankha out within the first few weeks because I don't like her and she was basically walking bell bags. I think my other two starters were Frobert and Gala, and they've been gone a long time.

when I first got the game when it was released, I kept resetting until I had at least one of the new villagers in my town. so Fauna was the only reason why I chose my town and I kept her there for about 10 months.

When the villagers talk about missing their old towns I write them a letter. One is always worried about his friends. So I tell them that I spoke to the mayor and all is well.
Boomer will ask to move the next day after a visit from his old mayor.

I tried to keep Kabuki and Biskit but they both moved out by accident. The only one left is Cookie who I've had since the game released.I plan to give her to a friend so I can get Cherry though.

I like that you have both Cheri/y's, I was gonna do that myself in my old town... And I loved Cheri (so cute!).

My original five was Pekoe, Gaston, Big Top, Broffina, and Anicotti.

I still have Anicotti and Pekoe though <3 They've been with me for almost a year now.
A while ago I was tempted to swap Pekoe with Molly, but in the end I realized that I'll miss that cub very badly if I ever let her go ;.;

Pekoe seems 50x better than Molly IMO. I don't really see anything special about Molly in fact.

Haha I just think Molly is so adorable. I love her tiny beak and her house looks really nice.

I booted 3 of my starters asap, but I kept Nana and Yuka for a looooong time even though I was bored of them. Yuka was the last starter to move out, I still kinda miss her, especially since I have no snooties now, or normals either for that matter. ;/

Pancetti, my last starter, moved out three days ago :L

Four out of five starters are still with me today: Walt, Midge, Kid Cat, and Apple. I think Tiffany moved away 2-3 months ago.
