Has anyone ever shoplifted?

like pick and mix or just.. containers? :0

but yeah i remembering forcing my parents paying for like 1 piece of pick and mix candy every time we went to the store lol

lol yeah like that , i would just take one and i never got into trouble for it so : p

I almost did. I put an Espurr plush in my Jacket in the pocket. I showed mom and I learned my lesson.

Once, when I was, I think, 4. Maybe 5. There was a little Garfield stuffed animal in the store, and I picked it up and carried it around 'cause it was cute. Mom and cashier didn't notice. Later, we got in the car, she saw it, and returned it to the store, and lectured me about stealing, and I never did it again.

A wallet at a Target in a different city...I ended up giving it to my mom because I didn't want it. I had already told her about it. She didn't care.

I only did it to see if I could...2edgyy.

The only other time was a big roll of toilet paper from a fast food restaurant, because there was none (with 9 people in one house) because "cigarettes were more important".

my local grocery store used to have these giant containers of loose candy that you could scoop into bags to pay for but when i was small i would take one , like a butterscotch or a sprinkle chocolate

Omg those candies! I use to do that to lol! Actually I still do it today whenever I see some of those, but rarely as candy isn't as appealling to me as it once was. I also don't really consider that shoplifting as usually people who do that take like one or two peices of candy and leave. I see it as some sort of taste test before you buy them. Like sometimes supermarkets have certain kinds of products out for people to try before they buy. It's still bad but not thatbad.

Um I used to take the little inserts out of magazines when I was a kid. Does that count? Otherwise no. I had a 'stealing' phase in elementary school, but I wasn't shoplifting.

Nooo of course not

I ask teachers to borrow pens and then I knick them, but that's the height of my crimes lmao
I also remember when I was like 6, I used to find random things like sharpeners and white board rubbers and shove them down my socks...but............. nothing at shops

Similar to Jake's story, as I didn't actually steal, but managed to get a better deal! When I started high school I went into town to go do some shopping with friends, as you do at that age. We went into Hollister, and I picked up some jeans. The first thing was I made the mistake of not checking the price. The store was dimly lit, and they couldn't be that expensive, right?
So I walked to the cashier, and proceeded to pay. Then, it hit me that jeans cost fifty pounds, as I saw the tag clearly. About to cancel my purchases (I got a hoodie as well, more on this in a minute!), the cashier spoke up.
"Twenty pounds fifty, please!"
What? Was there a sale I knew nothing about? I payed up, and left the store. I reached into the bag and noticed something. Instead of marking my jeans as 50, they got marked as fifty pence. More than a summer sale! The right thing to do was probably talk to the cashier about it, but obviously I didn't. I still kinda feel bad to this day, despite it being no fault of my own, but hey! Practically free jeans!

Yep. Once was an accident, once was on purpose.
An accident was when I put hot chocolate in my trolley, and no one saw it, we even forgot is was there. Ended up walking out the shop with it, whups xD
The time I did it on purpose was when I was like 11. I wanted this rubber badly (it was one of those rubbers which are like puzzle pieces) so I snuck it into the corner of the trolley, where no one could see it.

Yeah I think we all took school stuff.. at least I think I did lol.

At least I know me and a friend used to waste all those pipe cleaners for the sake of it lmao.
