Has anybody completed the 16 villager cycle?

Upon completing the cycle they will mention it will be great to be neighbors again, but that is it. They won't mention anything else about being there previously.

I've done it 3 or 4 times.

Im doing it right now for marshal! I hope somthing like this does happen, as i have a freind holding him, and i visit him for encoragement :/
